Novice Level Lessons

People with zero experience or beginners

 

Teaching content:

  • Basic techniques

  • Rules of tennis competition (using different teaching methods according to different age groups)

 

Goals:

  • Introduce students to tennis and build their interest

  • Improve flexibility, responsiveness, coordination, and balance in happiness

  • Enhance physical fitness 

  • Discover the beauty of sports

 

In addition, the coach will customize the teaching content according to the different levels of progress.

 

Training tips:

  • To ensure the health and safety of participants, students are required to warm up 5 minutes in advance.

  • Wear tennis sneakers, sportswear, and bring own racquets to participate in training.

  • Bring sun protection products (such as sunscreen, tennis cap, sunglasses, etc.), towels, plenty of water, and sports drinks
